What’s better than eating something that tastes amazing AND is good for you? These smoothie bowls are just that. Perfect when you want something refreshing, filling and healthy.

Oh and don’t worry, you won’t be able to taste the spinach.

ingredients

    Berry Booster

  • 1 dl/0.4 cups frozen berries
  • – I have used strawberries, blueberries and raspberries

  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 ½ dl /0.6 cups milk of your choice – I have used coconut milk
  • 20g protein powder – I have used vanilla flavoured protein
  •  

    Eat Your Greens

  • 2 dl/0.8 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 dl/0.4 cups frozen pineapple
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 ½ dl /0.6 cups milk of your choice – I have used coconut milk
  • 20g protein powder – I have used vanilla flavoured protein
  •  

    Mango Mania

  • 1 dl/0.4 cups frozen mango
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 ½ dl /0.6 cups milk of your choice – I have used coconut milk
  • 20g protein powder – I have used vanilla flavoured protein
  •  

    Suggested toppings

    Müsli

    Granola

    Nuts

    Seeds

    Fresh mint

    Fresh berries

    Nut butter

    Pomegranate seeds

    Toasted coconut

Directions

If you are using a cup start by adding your fresh ingredients followed by the milk and protein powder, finish with your frozen ingredients.

If you are using a blender pitcher start by adding your frozen ingredients, followed by the milk and protein powder, finish with your fresh ingredients.

Adding your ingredients in this order will ensure you get a smooth and perfectly blended smoothie.

Blend until the mixture has reached a smooth but relatively thick consistency.

Serve in a bowl with your favourite toppings!
