- 2 slices of toast – sourdough, wholegrain, gluten free – whichever you prefer
- 80g soft spreadable goat’s cheese
- handful of lightly toasted walnuts
- 1 tsp honey
- handful of blackberries
- fresh thyme
Start by toasting your walnuts in a dry pan.
Slice and toast your bread in a toaster or pan.
Spread a layer of goat’s cheese on your toast and top with blackberries, walnuts, a sprinkle of fresh thyme and a drizzle of honey.
