Covered in creamy goat’s cheese, tangy blackberries, crunchy walnuts and sweet honey – this toast is the perfect starter on a bed of rocket salad or on its own as a snack.

  • 2 slices of toast – sourdough, wholegrain, gluten free – whichever you prefer

  • 80g soft spreadable goat’s cheese

  • handful of lightly toasted walnuts

  • 1 tsp honey

  • handful of blackberries

  • fresh thyme


Start by toasting your walnuts in a dry pan.

Slice and toast your bread in a toaster or pan.

Spread a layer of goat’s cheese on your toast and top with blackberries, walnuts, a sprinkle of fresh thyme and a drizzle of honey.
